It's that time of year again. . . time to dine in a "cheap" NY state of mind. NYC Restaurant Week begins Jan. 25-Feb.7th. Not only is it the opportune time to try out the finer restaurants during a real recession; but a perfect time to plan business meetings and dates. I will be sure to update you as I try a few spots on my on . . . reservation for two please!
